We would have another child, but it’s not practical financially so we’re going to stay with two for now.

I wonder about this though, don’t you? It’s talked about in Canada too, expansion sans limits. But there are limits. I think we’re feeling the effects of them now. HOWEVER, I hope the Marina project invigorates your area.
