I liked what I did in 2008 and 2009, so I am doing it again! I missed doing it last year because I was trying very hard to adapt to the lifestyle of having a child in Primary school for the first time. My blogging life was neglected.

Attending Malay Wedding for the first time

Allan’s top referrer’s niece had her wedding solemnization today and she invited my family.

It was an eye opener for Keatkeat and Binbin, who are attending Malay Wedding for the first time.

My dad has many Malay friends and going for Hari Raya visits or attending Malay wedding was something normal for me when I was a young child.

But this was definitely the first time I attend a Malay solemnization service. First time seeing all the dowry, from the bride to the groom and from the groom to the bride; it makes me realise that Malays give so much more than Chinese…
