Hi Varsha, If you would like to see your child on Playhouse Disney's Birthday Book, simply send her photo with her Name, Birth-date, Address, Your Contact Number, Cable Operator and Subscriber Number written at the back of her photo to: Playhouse Disney's Birthday Book Singapore Post Centre P.O. Box 1110 Singapore 914037 If her birthday is in mid July. The photo MUST be sent out in the month of May. It must reach the office before May 30. Therefore to be safe, it is advisable to mail out the photo BEFORE 27th May 2011
