Hi came over here from KM's blog. Yes, i do agree with u that with all the experience from our older kids, we became semi-doctor ourselves too. Hope he is well by now.

Oh, poor Binbin. That picture of him so tiny and sad in his little white undershirt - just want to hug him. Hope he's better soon! And yes, we kinda do become authorities on our own children. A tale of caution though, years ago when our daughter was an infant she was having outrageous fevers and we brought her into the emergency room. Turned out to be ear infections. The doctor told us to control her fever we should alternate ibu. and acet. and lessen the required hours to be given. We did this many times over the course of her few short years when her fever was seriously high. She's 7 now. This past winter I've learned that we are lucky she didn't O.D. when we did this. Never really thought about it at the time because it was doctor's orders. Sometimes moms just know better.
And about my daughter and her sign, "Pay $10,000,000 cash!" Yesterday I leaned over her while she curled up after school with her MP3 player on (god help me) and I gave her a hug. She very loudly said, "Ah ya, mom, remember that old sign? It still applies!" And she put out her hand. When I gave her imaginary cash, she said, "Un, un, the real stuff, please." I just gave her another hug...thanks for reading me...

AAAh, poor BinBin. I hope that he is fully recovered by now and that you have got some sleep back. I completly understand, with the second child, one tends to be calmer and knows what to do. Well Done!
