I love to see a snippet of Singapore. Would you consider writing what it is like to be from Singapore? It’s not always an easy concept to address but it sure would be interesting for us over on this side of the globe!

The only noodle set from Emperor H.K. Kitchen, stall #07, 3rd from the right of the wall-menu.

Seriously, I didn’t like it, but my boys loved it. The portion was huge. They shared. “The hotdog looked like sotong”, they laughed at 1st glance. The chief cut only one end of the hotdog into quarters, resembling the ‘legs’ of the sotong.

So the dish was completely welcomed by my boys, it made them laughed and filled their tummies.
