That look of absolute concentration is heartwarming. The most recent thing I got my son to do was to make dinner. It was such a scary experience as well as a tearful one! He's only 4, and I let him loose with the kitchen knives and the oven. Eek. He 'just' made sausage casserole, from one of the packets, and he chopped the veg, grilled the sausages and got it all together himself. I was on hand to give him instructions, but apart from that he did it himself. I was so damn proud of him for it! Aww, he is so adorable! That look of absolute concentration is heartwarming.
