Go Green ~ Washing Shoes

Child

Keatkeat no longer feels lonely on every Friday, when he is washing his school shoes anymore. Now that Binbin is in Primary school too and need to wear white shoes to school, he has Binbin to keep him company, . *smile*

I do not wash their school shoes nor ‘paint‘ their shoes white. They are responsible for those tasks the moment they start Primary school life.

I always feel that the water that get drained from the washing machine is a big wastage. So I would ask my boys to use the gushing flow of water from the washing machine drainage pipe when they are scrubbing their shoes.

After the dirt from their shoes have been scrubbed off, they will then rinse the shoes once more with clean tap water before the boys sun them dry.

His Little Expressions…on a Cup

Handicraft for kids

An mini-extension from previous post “Weaning from Bottle to Cup“…

These were Binbin’s little expressions made on his cup. It also shows what has been going on in his brain and the things that meant something to him at that moment when he did his artwork on his cup…..
