A Rare Sight
Child January 11th, 2009In Sunny Singapore City, we hardly see animals ‘on the road’. But we were in luck yesterday… We saw the ‘animal of the year’ ~ Cows on 2 big trucks.
“Papa drive faster… go beside the cows…”
“I can’t, there is a car infront of me.”
“Papa don’t drive so fast, we have past the cows….”
“I can’t, the cars behind, will ‘horn’ me.”

its a shame they only have short legs, cause they could have jumped over that small rail … imagine that cows jumping hahaha!!

I can imagine all the excitement!!
Even though we see some animals along the road sometimes, my boys are still excited when they see a stray cat or dog.
To their luck, at different places and different times, they have seen from the car’s window: dogs, cats, chickens, a goat, cows grazing and pigs at the back of a truck.

I noticed Tina’s comment about cows jumping. I have worked at a cattle auction where the cow jumped over the fence that was taller than the men in the ring working… pretty scary and funny…
