God Sent Angels
others April 4th, 2009Sometimes wishes do come true and prayers are answered in an even better way than you wanted it. Previously on my Most Commented Post (see sidebar), I mentioned that I need a job for these few months.
But to find a job would mean that my kids will be with the already-complaining-that-she-needs-rest-MIL. It was a tough decision, but we didn’t have much choice till Allan gets his next pay check which was supposedly in June; now because of some unexpected events, the deal will be completed just before Allan’s birthday in May.
If you had been following the little updates every now and then in my Personal Blog, the above news is nothing new to you. On top of that, most of you who followed my Personal Blog, would know pretty well that I am busy selling my stuff on ebay.com.sg.
Today, God sent Angels to my house. 4 youngsters all chirpy and excited about their very first bazaar next week came. Because of my years in my retail business, I had almost everything they needed, from Lightings to racks to packaging…and they bought JUST Enough, to pay for my boys’ school fees for next month, as if they knew that was the amount I’ve been praying for. That’s why I said they were ‘God-sent’.
Finally, this one thing that I’m most worried about is no longer a burden in my heart
Hence, my boys’ school fees for the month of May is settled. And with this amount, the government will contribute the same amount for the following month, thus, their school fees for June will NOT be a worry too!!! *Yeah*
Bills are starting to pile up, but that’s ok. However, Allan can’t afford to let my BIL’s car get towed away. Yes, the car Allan is driving belongs to my eldest BIL. So we had to turn to something we took so long to get our butts cleaned from. No choice, we had to turn (back) to this for TEMPORARY help:
We called to confirm and realised that we WOULD NOT BE enjoying the preferred 3.88% rate because Allan’s next check will only come in in Mid / End May. So the interest rate we would be paying would be the usual 17.8%! *sigh* We borrowed ENOUGH just for the car and a little more for our expenses for these few months.
So dear friends, although I’m sleeping in a pool of debts, it seems that everything is ok now. Thank you sooooooooo much for your help in seeking a job for me, your prayers, your gifts of love… thank you thank you.
