All About Your Child

A friend sent me this email and I cried….

A son says to his father: “Dad, would you be willingly to run a marathon with me?”
The father, despite his age and a heart disease, said “YES”.
And so they ran that marathon, together.

The son asks: “Dad, can you run another marathon with me?”
Again father said “YES”.
So they ran another marathon, together.

One day the son asks his father: “Dad would please do the Iron Man with me?”
Now just in case you wouldn’t know, The Iron Man is the toughest triathlon
in existence;
4km swimming, then 180 km by bike, and finally another 42 km running, in
one stroke.

Again father said “YES”

Oh please bear with me, all you kind souls. I just had to let the world know how happy I am to be able to enjoy 5-6hours of me-time, 5 days a week from this day forth! *laugh*

3 hours when the boys are in school and another 2-3hours of nap time. *wink*

There were times I showed too much excitement and Allan would say, “So happy right? And yet you still wanted 4 kids initially…” *eyes rolled* Oh well, man being man, I’m in no mood to explain myself, just want to celebrate my blessings.

Yup, that’s it for this post, were you expecting more?  ‘cos short post like this is soooooooooo NOT ME! *laugh*
