Allan’s top referrer’s niece had her wedding solemnization today and she invited my family.

It was an eye opener for Keatkeat and Binbin, who are attending Malay Wedding for the first time.

My dad has many Malay friends and going for Hari Raya visits or attending Malay wedding was something normal for me when I was a young child.

But this was definitely the first time I attend a Malay solemnization service. First time seeing all the dowry, from the bride to the groom and from the groom to the bride; it makes me realise that Malays give so much more than Chinese…
