Its great when your kids enjoy watching programmes you like, so they won’t keep asking you to play with them while the show is on.
Binbin loves to watch my favourites – Amazing Race, Fear Factor and American Idol. Who knows, maybe he may grow up to be an Amazing-Fearless-Idol, how’s that?! *wink*
Binbin loved everyone who performed yesterday except Brooke White and Jason Castro.
To me, it was a boys’ night, although it was a Mariah Carey night. The boys’ versions of the Queen of Pop’s songs were so much better. So my guess for bottom 3 – All the girls.
The show is getting more and more exciting. American Idol Season 7, top 7, so far, the most enjoyable performance of this season for me…..and this was my favourite for the night…..Starting to agree with Simon more nowadays…

I am absolutely amazed at how you can be 1/2 way around the world and yet watching the same thing as what we are watching here in Canada/what family in the States watches. I’m not sure if this is such a good thing for us as a world culture. What do you think? When I lived in Taiwan about 14 years ago there was none of this yet. I used to watch Chinese tv with my roommate and although I didn’t understand much it was a lot of fun. To make things more fair we’d watch Japanese soap operas and then neither of us would understand anything. Back to American Idol, David Cook (above) is our favorite. I let my kids watch now that it’s not so rude like at the beginning with the auditions. And I’d like to read about your supernatural experiences some day, if you’re ever willing.
