bkKeatkeat came home and told me that he should be leaving his Maths Workbook at home for good! He continued to shock me by saying that I should be assigning him the number of pages to do in that workbook at the pace which I like. I will correct his mistakes and grade him by my standard.

Hhhmmm….

I am trusting my child 100% even though I am finding this really weird. If this Maths Workbook becomes an ‘additional source’ instead of a ‘main source’ of assessment, then WHY is it in the ‘MUST-Have book list’ from the school?

All Singaporean Mommies whose child has gone through Primary One, is that the current school system? Or is Keatkeat’s school special?

fiFirst week of school, Binbin hurt his toe very badly. Its recovering, but still painful when pressed upon.

Second week of school, Binbin hurt his finger. Skin was sliced off too.

Is this going to be a trend? *eyes rolled*
