A Group of Penguins is Called?

School-study

Everywhere on the internet said that a group of Penguins is either called rookeries or waddle or raft; depending on where the Penquins are : in nest, on land or in water.  Penguin chicks in a colony are called a creche.

BUT

none of these are in the options for Keatkeat’s trial exam paper.

Which option below would you choose?!

penquins

1Final Year Examination!

*Deep Breath*

I am exhausted…… mentally!

If only my son loves examination period as much as I do. I would be having a breeze…. *eyes rolled* Alright, I am the weird one. Don’t you like exams, especially Final Year Examination?

‘Cos after the Final Year Examination, you can enjoy the long school break to have all the fun you want….. On top of that, Final Year Examination is also the time whereby you hardly have any schoolwork to bring home, aka homework! Best of all, it is the time to know how smart you are! I just Love taking Final Year Examination papers! Tell me I am not alone, you feel the same way too? *wink*

Alright back to my 6 year old Keatkeat taking his very first Final Year Examination. He wrote so much worksheets from school and from me that he started to have funny finger actions lately. I am still waiting for a chance to catch him doing it and put it up on video. ‘Cos Keatkeat loves to be on screen, so the moment he knows I am filming him, he will start to look at the camera and make all sorts of pose. *eyes rolled*

Will try to find a chance to catch that moment when he is writing….

2Back to Final Year Examination.

He’s oral examination for both English and Chinese language was on 20th September. His composition examination paper was yesterday. *phew* Remember my post ‘Another Daddy-Mommy Talk‘, I was drilling him on his composition and when I asked him yesterday, “Keatkeat, how was your composition examination today?”

My primary one kid replied with absolute confidence, “Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy.”

*eyes rolled*

Oh well, we shall see…..we shall see….

*fingers and toes crossed*3

So there are 5 more Final Year Examination papers to go.

Is your child or children having Final Year Examination ‘fever’? or are they having Final Year Examination ‘ ecstasy’? *giggle*
