I was once working in a small event company for one year plus. It was really tough because with limited man power, unlike other big event companies, I had to complete a job that is actually a three persons job. We had great team work and it felt like working as a family, however, my weak body simply could not take the beating and in the end I quit after being hospitalised for fainting at work.
