POS systems have been used widely in all retail malls. Yet, it is such a waste that the support team for POS systems are not widely commendable. Yes, it is true that POS systems hardly go wrong unless the quality control went hay wire. Then again, based on my experience, over time, the cashbox ejection do give problem. It either could not close properly or it could not be ejected out when the ‘Enter’ button is hit. When such times occur, it is sad when the support from the POS systems supplier is really unsatisfactory.
