Happy Mid-Autumn Festival

The rain did not dampen the high spirited ones; and to make them even happier, I brought them down for a lantern parade.
Though it was just a short walk, they loved it, ‘cos they were the ONLY GROUP holding 2 lanterns each! *Grin*
We also had a sumptuous dinner plus lots of fruits, desserts and mooncakes! Yummy! Thank you MIL for keeping yourself busy the whole day so that our tummies are not only filled, but completely satisfied. *Smile*

Wow lotsa yummy food & the kids are happy posing with their lanterns… Same here, we were having delicious party food prepared by my mum & the kids just had loads of FUN! :-)

Can see from the picture that your kids are really happy. My children didn’t want to carry lanterns so they just follow behind their cousins.
Will be perfect if the clouds were not there. Kinda like mooncake festival without the moon :)

wow looks like a sumptuous meal u guys had! good to celebrate this special day with close ones but too bad the weather wasn’t perfect and couldn’t see the full moon. But the kids sure look like having loads of fun!

Priceless expressions! It was raining here too, so we didn’t get to see the full moon that night.

our place celebrated 1 day earlier and the kids got a mini walk around too. its Nic 1st time holding traditional lantern and mid way thru, his caught fire!!

I swear, we are all growing up together. Wasn’t last year’s Mid-Autumn Festival just…well, last year?
That food looks delicious, especially that curry dish!
