What would you have done?
Child, Parenting January 22nd, 2008You are out with 2 kids below 4 and 5 years old.
They are fully potty trained.
The 3 of you went into an eatting place where there are not toliet facilities.
The nearest toliet is about 20 metres away.
For precaution sake, you brought them to the toliet first before going for the food.
After eating for less than 5 minutes, one of the kid tells you that he needs to pee again.
1) you leave your table with the 2 kids, your food will be removed?
2) you leave one kid, who agreed to ‘guard’ the food, bring the other one to the loo?
3) you make sure you had super extra large diapers with you and you put it on for the child there and then?
4) your child refuse to put on the diapers, would you have let him go to the toliet alone?
I need to hear from you. Tell me what would you have done in such a situation?

i’d choose number two, but only because my children are older. otherwise, i’d find a waiter and explain my predicament so that no one would take the food away while we were gone!

I think i will ask the person sitting on the next table to guard my food while i bring my kids to the toilet. If worse come to worse, there is no help from others & can’t find any of the cleaner, just leave a note written there ‘will be back for the meal’, & if the food is removed, just put it this way that today is not my day & just order again. I will never leave neither of the kids alone.

I choose none of the above.
I’ll leave some of my stuffs (take the impt one with me) at the table & ask the person beside us to help us watch over the food or tell the clear dishes auntie at work not to clear my table (I suppose they’ll understand & help us) then bring the kids to the toilet with me.

Wat a qtn..
I wd have told the waiter/clearing auntie not to clear the table n left a thing or two like the boook or watever on the table indicating that its still occupied and wd have taken both kids for the loo..BTW..wat did u do?

forget abt the food..u can always re-order or take away the orered food and eat later!!!!!1
